Shield Plus System LLC (“Shield+”) collects only the information needed to respond to requests, create and protect accounts, provide purchased services, process billing through approved providers, support customers, and improve platform reliability.

Information we collect

Information may include your name, business, contact details, organization membership, service selections, onboarding answers, records you enter, support communications, device and security events, attribution data, and billing identifiers. Shield+ does not store full payment-card details; Stripe processes card information.

How information is used

We use information to provide services, verify access, communicate about accounts and payments, prevent misuse, maintain audit records, comply with law, and understand marketplace performance. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and processors

Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, database, payment, communications, and support providers only as needed to operate Shield+. Legal requests or safety obligations may also require disclosure.

Organization data and retention

Customer records are scoped to authorized organizations. Data may be retained after cancellation for security, legal, backup, or restoration purposes under the applicable agreement. Customers should export needed records before access ends.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing shieldplussystems@gmail.com. Some records must be retained for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or audit reasons.

Security and changes

Shield+ uses access controls, server-side authorization, encrypted transport, audit logging, and reviewed providers. No system is risk-free. Material policy updates will be posted on this page.
