Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Shield+ websites, software departments, custom services, and support. Purchasing or using a service means you agree to these terms and any written order or plan terms.

Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate information, protect account access, assign roles responsibly, and notify Shield+ of suspected misuse. Organization owners control authorized team membership unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid software renews according to the Checkout terms until canceled. Prices, taxes, setup fees, add-ons, and usage charges are shown before purchase or in an approved quote. Access begins only after verified payment provisioning.

Acceptable use

You may not break access controls, access another customer’s data, upload unlawful or malicious material, misuse communications, interfere with the service, or use Shield+ to violate law or third-party rights.

Customer content

You retain rights to content you lawfully provide and authorize Shield+ and its processors to host and process it to deliver the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for that content.

Service changes and availability

Beta, setup-required, coming-soon, and temporarily unavailable services are not guaranteed as completed products. Shield+ may improve or suspend features for security, reliability, legal, or operational reasons.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Shield+ Finance is an organizational tool, not tax, legal, accounting, banking, or investment advice. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without guarantees beyond an applicable written agreement.
